Delivery charges are based on weight , but as a rough guide, 2-5 Working Day delivery to mainland UK will be £5.95 inc vat on an average pair of skates. (On in stock items, where the order is placed by 2.30pm)
Other items may be more or less dependant on weight.

- Orders over £130 for MAINLAND UK addresses are sent free of charge
- Orders under £130 are charged according to the items weight and sent the least expensive but safe way, we can .
If we have the item you have ordered in stock then delivery should take no more than the period you selected for your delivery .Items out of stock may take 2-5 working days, provided they are in stock with our suppliers. If they are unobtainable we will let you know via email, of the time you can expect to wait, should you wish to cancel the order, we will do so. If there is a specific date you need the item by , please write "required by " and the date in the message section . We will do our best to get it there asap.
Parcels are delivered by Interlink Express or Royal mail
(Should you require AM delivery an additional charge will be made). For orders Items under 2kg are normally sent via Royal Mail. We reserve the right to change the shipping method to a faster service than that chosen. )

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the price shown under the product.
Guarantee All clothing / equipment are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for a period of 60 days from date of purchase, subject to normal use for the product and a receipt shown with the date of purchase. The parts which are defected will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Worn items through general use are not covered.All skates are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase( this does not include wheels and bearings or other ware and tear parts such as sole plates), subject to normal use for the product and a receipt shown with the date of purchase. Worn items through general use are not covered Sticks, Shafts, Blades Due to the nature of the sport, these items are not guaranteed and can last minutes, weeks or months. An unbreakable stick, shaft and blade would not be allowed within the rules of the various sports.

IF AFTER YOU HAVE PURCHASED SKATES, YOU FIND THEY DO NOT FIT, PROVIDED THEY ARE UN-USED WE WILL EXCHANGE THEM FOR AN ALTERNATIVE SIZE, OR REFUND ,SHOULD YOU SO WISH (You just have to cover any postage costs incurred).PROVIDED ITEMS ARE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL (AS NEW) CONDITION , WE ALLOW UP TO 2 MONTHS FOR YOU TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR A REFUND. POSTAGE COSTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE PLEASE POST THE SKATES BACK TO US ( 1ST CLASS POST IS THE CHEAPEST METHOD, BUT TAKE OUT INSURANCE AGAINST LOSS), ALTERNATIVLY USE SIGNED FOR, OR SPECIAL DELIVERY FOR MAXIMUM SPEED AND SECURITY. PLEASE WRAP THE ORIGINAL BOX UP IN SOME SORT OF PAPER OR PLASTIC OR BOX , AS WE NEED TO RECIEVE THEM BACK IN SALEABLE CONDITION.
TO SPEED THINGS UP, INCLUDE A CHEQUE FOR £6.95 (non subsidised postage rate) FOR THE POSTAGE OF THE ALTERNATIVE SIZE BACK TO YOU. PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE OUR RETURNS FORM.

Should you wish to return an item(s) for a refund , providing you paid for postage, we will refund the full value of the item. If you recieved free postage ,there will be a return to stock administration charge of £10 duducted from the refund. This applies to all orders over £99 . This does NOT apply to items being exchanged for alternative items of the same value or more, as you will just have to pay the postage to send the alternative item.
We endeavor to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from The hockey Den . However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you , (excluding postage charges), or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods.We can arrange for an item to be collected and an alternative delivered at the same time (mainland UK only), there is a charge for this service depending on your postcode. If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage via Royal mail Recorded Delivery.(RM Special Delivery is not included).Please contact us before you send any faulty item back, as sometimes, all we will require is a photo of the problem.We will then advise you what course of action to take. . If there is a mistake , please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 60 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.
